Grilling Vegetables: Brussels Sprouts

Sauce: 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 tablespoon orange juice, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.

2 cups sprouts

Blanch 2 cups sprouts until they turn bright green and are soft enough to pierce with a skewer.
Brush with sauce and thread on skewers.
Grill over high heat about 6 minutes, turning every minute.
