Gazpacho

2 peeled, diced tomatoes
1 small cucumber, seeded, peeled and finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1 minced garlic clove
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 six oz. can spicy V8
black pepper to taste
dash cayenne pepper


Combine all ingredients
Cover and chill to slightly below room temperature

Serve in chilled clear glass bowls
