8 medium carrots, peeled and cut into julienne strips
2/4 cup water
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Salt to taste
In medium saucepan, combine carrots, water and sugar
Cook, covered 508 minutes or until carrots are crisp tender
Drain carrots, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid. Set carrots aside
In small saucepan, combine reserved cooking liquid, honey, orange juice and butter. Season with salt.
Bring mixture to a boil and cook 5 minutes.
Add carrots, reduce heat and simmer 2-3 more minutes
