Tea: Egg Salad Sandwiches

2 hard cooked eggs, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon fresh chives, finely chopped
4 thin slices white bread
4 thin slices wheat bread
salt and pepper

Combine eggs, mayonnaise and chives
Salt and Pepper to taste
Spread each slice of bread with a thin coating of butter
Divide egg salad among four slices of white bread and spread evenly
Top with wheat bread, trim crusts and cut into three parallel sections
