3 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1 pound penne, farfalle or malfalda
2 tablespoons vodka
8 oz. can evaporated milk
1/4 cup flat leaf parsley,chopped
Start water boiling for pasta
In large skillet, saute garlic, red pepper and salt for about five minutes
Add tomatoes and stir
Add pasta to boiling water, let sauce cook about 10 minutes while pasta cooks
Drain pasta and add to sauce, toss. Add vodka, toss again. Add milk and reduce heat.
Cover and cook a few minutes until pasta absorbs some sauce. Add parsley.
