Pears in Mascarpone Custard

6 medium pears (or peaches or apples)
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 cup of sugar (separate from teaspoon)
4 tablespoons butter
1 egg
1/2 cup of macarpone
2 tablespoons flour
butter (for baking dish)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and butter a small glass baking dish
Peel and slice pears, peaches or apples and arrange in dish, sprinkle teaspoon of sugar on top
Cream butter and sugar until light, beat in egg then mascarpone
Stir in flour and mix well
Spoon topping over the fruit
Bake about 20 minutes until just set
