Seasoned Black Beans

1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 15-oz. can black beans

Heat oil and saute onion, jalapeno, and garlic five minutes.
Add vinegar and oregano.
Add black beans and cook five minutes or until heated through.
