1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon basil
salt and pepper to taste
1 pound white fish
Combine all ingredient except fish.
Pour mixture over fish and marinate for a few hours.
Remove from marinade, reserving marinade, and broil 4-5 minutes.
Boil and reduce remaining marinade and pour over fish.
