2 teaspoon butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can white hominy, drained
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Heat butter in skillet. Add onion and garlic and saute two minutes or until tender.
Add hominy, green onions and seasonings. Cook 2 minutes or until heated through.
