Creamy Gruyere and Shrimp Bake

4 ounces uncooked orecheitte pasta
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup 2% milk
3/4 cup shredded Gruyere cheese, divided
3/4 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon dry white wine
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup frozen peas, thawed

Heat oven to 375.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain well.
Combine flour and salt in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Bring to boil and cook one minute or until slightly thick, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Stir in half of cheese, stirring until melted.
heat butter in alarge skillet over medium high heat. Add shrimp and garlic. Saute three minutes. Stir in wine and pepperand cook one minute more, or until shrimp is done.
Add pasta, shrimp mixture, andpeas to cheese mixture, tossing well.
Spoon mixture into baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake 20 minutes or until cheese melts and begins to brown.
