Baked Tuscan Tomatoes

3 roma tomatoes, sliced into four slices each
12 slices mozzerella cheese (to fit each tomato slice)
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian Blend


Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Italian Blend
Let stand 10-15 minutes so herbs will soften
Place tomato slices in glass baking dish
Drizzle oil and vinegar combination over each
Top with slices of mozzerella
Broil until cheese melts and becomes bubbly but not too brown
