1 1/2 cups wasabi peas
1 12-oz. log firm fresh goat cheese
Grind wasabi peas to a fine powder.
Slice the goat cheese into six slices.
Coat each slice with olive oil.
Dredge each cheese disk in wasabi peas.
Refrigerate one hour.
Bake 7 minutes until warm in center.
Serve with snap peas and greens
