1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablesppon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
5 cups green beans in 1 inch pieces (about one pound)
1 cup finely chopped tomato
1 tablesppon chopped fresh dill
1 can navy or canellini beans, drained and rinced
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Whisk togehter first seven ingredients and set aside.
Place green beans into a large saucepan of boiling water. Cook five minutes. Dain and plunge beans into ice water and drain.
Place beans in a large bow. Add tomat, dill, and navy or canellini beans. Toss to comtine. Drizzle with dress and toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
Chill one hour before serving.
