2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons white wine
1 cup water
1/2 cup basmati rice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Heat olive oil in small saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add green onions and garlic and saute 2 minutes.
Add wine and cook until liquid evaporates.
Add water, rice, and salt and bring to a biol.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes until rice is done.
