1 1/2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
2 cups green beans
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add ginger and garlic and saute 30 seconds.
Add green beans, salt, and pepper and saute 6 minutes.
May be chilled or eaten immediately.
