Herbed New Potatoes

12 medium new potatoes
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsely
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed
1 teaspoon chipped chives


Rinse potatoes and prick each potato twice with a fork, place in saucepan and cover with water
Cook potatoes until tender
Melt butter and stir in lemon juice and spices
Drain potatoes and toss with butter mixture
