Yellow Pepper Rice Pilaf

1 3 1/2 ounce boil-in-bag white rice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups thinly sliced yellow bell pepper
salt to taste


Prepae rice according to package directions.
Heat oil in skillet. Saute pepper 10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
Add cooked rice and salt to taste. Cook two minutes, stirring constantly.
