Rice Porridge

2 cups brown rice, cooked
1 1/2 cups lowfat milk or rice milk
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon or nutmeg


Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 8-12 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently
Serve hot
