Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Asian:
2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
2 teaspoons sugar

Indian
4 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
salt

Spicy:
2 cups pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon chili powder
salt


Heat oven to 350.
Combine seeds and all ingredients except.
Roast in shallow roasting pan for 30 – 45 minutes.
Salt before serving.
