Broccoli in Shallot Butter

1/2 pound broccoli
2 teaspoons butter
1 teaspoon chopped shallot
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
pinch of salt


Steam broccoli about four minutes.
Melt butter in samall saucepan over medium heat. Add shallots and cook three minutes.
Stir in vinegar, lemon juice, and salt.
Toss with broccoli.
