Five-Spice Shrimp

1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 pound shrimp, cleaned, deveined (to be threaded on 10-inch skewers)

Prepare grill pan.

Combine oils and spice in large bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat.

Thread on skewers. Grill 2 minutes on each side or until shrimp are done.
