Wine and Herbed Tilapia Packets

1 1/2 pound tilapia in four portions
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup herbs (chives, basil, oregano, thyme)
salt


Heat overn to 350.
Cut four pieces of foil 18 inches square.
Place one fillet on each square and fold edges up.
Put one tablespoons of butter, two tablespoons of wine, a tablespoons of herbs and salt to taste on each.
Fold up packets and bake 35 minutes.
Perfect for camping.

Season well, because tilapia is so mild, this dish can be bland.
