Tuna Salad with Olives and Capers

1 medium garlic clove
3 ounces albacore tuna
1 tablespoon capers
1/4 cup Kalamata or Nicoise olives
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
teaspoon olive oil

Process all ingredients in food processor until combined but still chunky.

Serve with crackers or toast.
