Lunch Rice Noodles

1/2 pound dried flat rice noodles

Sauce:
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 teaspoon chili bean sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds


Bring a large pan of water to a boil, remove from heat, and add rice noodles. Let stand 10 minutes, then drain thoroughly.

Combine sauce ingredients and pour over the softened noodles. Sprinkle with seeds, and serve immediately.
