6 garlic cloves, chopped
6 chillies, seeded and chopped
2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped
8 tablesppons flat leaf parsley
8 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste


Place garlic and chileies in blender and blend well.

Add tomatoes, parsley, cilantro, and cumin and blend again. With motor running, slowly pour in olive oil and lemon juice to make a smooth, thick sauce.
Serve in soups, as a dip, or with falafel.
