Bruschetta: Greek Style

3 large, firm tomatoes, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
12 Kalamata olives, sliced
? red onion, minced
? cup cucumber, seeded and minced
1/3 cup olive oil
? cup balsamic vinegar
? teaspoon dried basil
salt and pepper to taste
3 ounces crumbled feta


Combine all ingredients except feta. Serve with 6 slices grilled Italian bread and sprinkle with feta.
