Citrus Vinaigrette

? cup orange juice
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
? cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
1 clove garlic, finely minced
? teaspoon salt.


Combine all ingredients in shaker and chill 1 hour.

Serve with butter lettuce or spinach tossed with carrot, jicama, avocado, green onion, and orange slices.
