2 pounds green beans, ends trimmed
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
coarse sea salt
Heat oven to 500. Lightly oil a shallow roasting pan or half sheet pan. Arrange green beans in a single, uncrowded layer in pan. Drizzle with oil and roll to coat evenly.
Roast for about 15 minutes, until beans are well browned, shaking the pan occasionally. Season with salt.
