Black Olive Caviar

2-1/4 ounce can sliced black olives, drained and finely chopped
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
1/8 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

Combine all ingredients and adjust seasonings.
