Bruschetta: White Bean and Tomato

2 cups cooked white beans, drained
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
pinch of red pepper flakes
1 medium red onion, finely chopped
1 medium red tomato, cored, seeded, and chopped

Heat olive oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, pepper flakes and onion and cook, stirring, 5-7 minutes. Add tomato and continue cooking until it beings to give up its juice and lose its color, about 2-3 minutes. Add cooked beans and season with salt to taste.

Serve with 4 pieces of grilled Italian bread.
