Spicy Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges

4 small sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
? teaspoon cumin
? teaspoon salt
? teaspoon ground black pepper
? teaspoon allspice

Heat oven to 500. Lightly oil a roasting pan or half sheet pan.

Peel potatoes and cut each into 8 wedges. Combine oil, cumin, salt, pepper, and allspice in a large bowl and mix well. Add the potatoes and toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer in the pan.

Place the pan on a rack in the lower third of the oven. Roast for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are well browned and crisp, turning once. Serve hot.
