2 cups uncooked seashell pasta
1 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1 6-ounc can solid white tuna, drained
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons capers
1 minced garlic clove
salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Combine pasta, bell pepper, parsley, onion, and tuna in a large bowl and toss to combine.
Combine lemon juice and remaining ingredients and toss with pasta mixture.
