Basic Fruit Crisp Topping

1/2 cup regular oats
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chilled butter cut into small pieces
3 teaspoons honey


Place oats in food processor and pulse until coarsely ground.

Combine flour, sugar, and salt in large bowl and stir to combine. Add utter to flour mixture and cut in with a pastry blender. Stir in ground oats. Add honey and toss well.
