Insalata Fagioli

1 cup cannellini beans, cooked

Dressing:

? cup olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped sweet red onion
1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley
? teaspoon chopped marjoram
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
? teaspoon pepper

Variations: Include 1 or 2 chopped tomatoes.


Place beans in bowl. Whisk together dressing ingredients and toss dressing with beans.
