Ital Red Pepper Sauce

Red pepper
Olive oil
Habanero or other hot pepper
Sliced onion
Pureed Tomatoes

Roast and peel pepper.

Warm olive oil in a pan. Add red pepper, hot pepper, sliced onion and tomato puree.

Heat through, then puree.

Use with pasta, rice or what you want.
