7 ounces milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
7 ounces dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cups milk, regular or 2 percent
7 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl set atop simmering water. Add the milk and mix well. Beat in the butter. Pour batter into 4 small ramekins.
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
