1 cup fresh cranberries
1 cup peeled and diced sweet-tart apples, such as Braeburn, Early Crisp, or Gala
? cup fresh tangerine or orange juice
2 tablespoons raw sugar
pinch of sea salt
pinch of ground ginger
pinch of ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, until soft, with some chunks remaining. Remove from heat, cool to room temperature, and refrigerate. Serve cool.
