1/2 cup orange blossom honey
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until blended (about 2 minutes). Serve butter at room temperature.
Store, covered, for up to one week. Bring to room temperature and beat again before serving.
Serve with biscuits or English muffins.
