Pan-seared Asian Tilapia

2 Tilapia filets
4 tbsp hoison sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
Lime
Cilantro


Mix sauces and oil and coat fillets. In a non-stick pan, on med. heat, fry fillet for 4-5 min. each side. (Flip once.) Garnish with lime and cilantro.
