1 tablespoon Barbecue Rub (see related recipe)
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Combine the ingredients in a small bowl, or store in a resealable plastic bag for up to 1 month.
