2 pounds shrimp peeled and deveined
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
1 to 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
Combine. Rub on seafood and let stand at least 15 minutes before grilling or broiling.
