One-Pot Pasta, Shrimp, and Vegetables

Pasta
Shrimp
Clove of garlic
Vegetables of choice
Chopped herbs of choice
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Grated Parmesan


Cook pasta in boiling water. Toss in vegetables and shrimp when the pasta is almost done, along with a clove of crushed garlic. Turn off the heat. Drain the mixture, put back in the pot, drizzle with olive oil and add chopped fresh herbs, salt and pepper to taste, a squeeze of lemon juice and, optionally, some grated parmesan.
