Pan-fried Almond-crusted Tilapia

2 tilapia fillets
? cup sliced or slivered almonds, separated
? cup flour
salt
oil for pan


Combine 1/4 cup almonds and flour in processor and process until crumbly. Salt fish and dredge in almond flour mixture and pan fry in oil. Serve topped with remaining almonds.
