Jaleo’s Gazpacho

2 cucumber(s), peeled and chopped
2 green bell pepper(s), seeded and chopped
5 pounds plum tomato(es), seeded and chopped
1/4 pound old bread, chopped in 2-inch pieces
1/2 cup sherry vinegar
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1/3 cup Oloroso sherry
2 cups water
salt, to taste

Blend all ingredients together using a hand mixer or standing mixer. Strain through a sieve. Refrigerate.
