Chile-Orange Shrimp

1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
2 tablespoons chile-garlic sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
finely minced zest from orange
1 lb. uncooked medium size shrimp, peeled, tails left on

In a large saute pan over medium heat, combine butter, chile-garlic sauce, brown sugar, orange juice and orange zest. Bring sauce to a boil and cook for 1 minute to combine flavors.

Add shrimp and saute for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until shrimp are just cooked through. Serve warm or at room temperature with toothpicks.
