Corn and Chili Polenta

4 tablespoon butter, melted
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup chicen stock
1 cup grated cheddar
2 cups corn kernels
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 diced green chili
1/4 cup grated parmesan


Heat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except parmesan. Put in an 8×8 baking dish lightly coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, about 40 minutes. sprinkle with parmesan and bake 5 minutes longer.
