Spicy Black Beans

3 15-ounce cans beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
salt and pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
3 tablespoons tomato salsa
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons water

chopped hard cooked eggs
2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
6 green onions, chopped
sour cream or yogurt
grated cheddar
sliced avocado

Heat oven to 350. Mix ingredients in large bowl and place in 2 1/2 quart casserole lightly coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake until heated through, about 30 minutes. Serve with toppings.
