Citrus Sauce (for seafood)

2 cups orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch


Place all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and whisk until thickened, about 5 minutes. Keep warm. Fish may be baked in sauce or served with it.
