Baked Halibut with Cashews

2 teaspoons oil
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped cashews
1 tablespoon tarragon
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon paprika
ground black pepper to taste
4 small halibut steaks or fillets
lemons, for serving

Heat oven to 425. In a small bow, stir together all ingredients except halibut and lemon. Place fish in individual gratin dishes lightly coated with cooking spray or oil. Spread crumb and nut mixture on top of fish.

Bake until fish flakes and top is golden, 10-12 minutes.
