Tabbouleh

for salad:
soaked fine bulgur
chopped curly parsley
chopped scallions
diced tomatoes
diced cucumber

Vinaigrette:
olive oil
lemon juice (equal to olive oil)
salt
pepper
chopped mint
paprika
hot pepper


Combine salad ingredients. Combine vinaigrette ingredients separately. Toss vinaigrette with salad.
